‘America’s Next Top Cryptid’ from ‘Cyanide & Happiness’ Studio Explosm Revealed

During Explosm Entertainment’s packed Cyanide & Happiness panel at San Diego Comic-Con, the studio behind the cult-favorite internet animated franchise officially unveiled its new original series: America’s Next Top Cryptid, an animated comedy created exclusively for Animation+ and premiering on Tubi this fall. As the streamer announced earlier this year, the show is slated to join its expanding animation lineup this fall.

The show is being animated by Spud Gun Studios, run by Tom Jenkins and Tom Payne — creators of the Mashed YouTube channel, which has more than 5.5 million subscribers and 2.1 billion views.
